Information you provide:

• Account details (name, email, phone number, role, organization).
• Profile information (photo, preferences, identifiers).
• Health and care information you or your care team enter (for example: symptoms, vitals, notes, prescriptions, lab requests/results, and related records).
• Messages and attachments sent through the Services.

Information collected automatically:

• Device and usage data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, timestamps).
• Log and diagnostic data to help secure and improve the Services.
• Approximate location derived from IP address (where permitted by law).

We use information to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services (including support and troubleshooting).
• Enable care coordination (appointments, records access, messaging, referrals).
• Secure the Services (fraud prevention, access controls, auditing).
• Communicate with you (service updates, security notices, and support responses).

• With your care team and organization: to support care delivery and operations (as configured by your organization and permissions).
• With labs and pharmacies: when you or your care team requests a lab order or prescription workflow.
• With service providers: vendors who help us run the Services (hosting, analytics, customer support), under contractual obligations to protect information.
• For legal reasons: to comply with applicable law, respond to lawful requests, or protect the rights and safety of CareLink and others.
